Get ready for the next installment of Shuck & Bubbles, a special series at Lucy’s celebrating the heart, history, and passion behind oyster farming. Each event highlights a farmer with true soul and exceptional oysters.
This edition features Thomas Piecuch of Holy Ground Oysters, harvested from the Mississippi Sound. According to the History of Ocean Springs, these waters were once believed by Native Americans to hold medicinal properties and were known as “E Ca Na Cha Ha,” meaning holy ground. That legacy lives on in every briny bite.
Join us Wednesday, February 11th for an interactive evening blending the lively energy of a cocktail party with the intention of a tasting experience. Enjoy oyster forward bites and bubbles to start, then grab a passport and explore tasting stations featuring pristine oysters, handcrafted cocktails, and curated wines.
