Founder & CEO
Former Director of Catering at the John F. Kennedy Center, where she orchestrated the Kennedy Center Honors Gala and catered for Presidents and Heads of State. She founded Lucy's in Auburn in 2018.
Brian Paolina
Executive Chef
Trained at Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort and led culinary programs at 1 Hotel South Beach and The Resort at Bell Rock. He brings resort-level event experience and locally sourced, California-inspired cooking.

Quick answers on minimums, staffing, and payment.
Is there a minimum order?
Drop-off and pick-up catering have a $1,000 food and beverage minimum. Full-service catering has a $5,000 minimum. Minimums may vary by time of year.
Is staffing included in menu pricing?
No. Staffing is quoted per event based on guest count, menu, and timeline. Chefs are $50 per hour (3-hour minimum) and servers are $30 per hour (4-hour minimum).
Are there service or delivery fees?
Drop-off and pick-up orders include a 12% service charge. Delivery is free within 10 miles. Setup and breakdown for drop-off orders is $100.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Every menu is customized for your guests, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy needs. Share details in your inquiry.
How far in advance should I book?

How does payment work?
Drop-off and pick-up orders are paid before the event. For full-service events, we prefer a single card but can split payment across up to four cards.
