oak & smoke: a bourbon pairing dinner

Join us for a one night only four course bourbon pairing dinner featuring a menu crafted by Executive Chef Brian Paolina alongside curated bourbon selections from Beverage Director Jennifer Coleman. Inspired by standout American whiskeys and classic bourbon cocktails, each course has been thoughtfully designed around the depth, character, and profile of its paired pour.

The evening begins with Miso Braised Pork Belly paired with a Buffalo Trace Sidecar, followed by Oven Roasted Bone Marrow accompanied by a neat pour of Elijah Craig 15 Year. The entrée features Reef & Beef with smoked Nantucket Bay scallops, petite beef tenderloin, and a Michter’s Small Batch Old Fashioned. Dessert concludes the experience with Sticky Date Pudding paired alongside a Widow Jane Paradigm Rye Manhattan.

$150 per guest inclusive of tax, gratuity, and all featured bourbon pairings.
