Join us for “The American Classic,” part of Lucy’s 6 at 6 Bar Series, an intimate cocktail experience centered around one of the most iconic drinks in American cocktail culture: the Old Fashioned.

Hosted by Beverage Director Jennifer Coleman, guests will explore the history and evolution of the Old Fashioned while learning the foundational elements that make the cocktail timeless. The class will cover proper ratios, spirit selection, sweeteners, bitters, and technique, offering a deeper understanding of the balance and preparation behind the classic cocktail.

Guests will enjoy a featured Old Fashioned during the guided experience alongside a savory pairing of bacon-wrapped dates designed to complement the richness and warmth of the cocktail.

The class begins at 6 PM, lasts approximately 45 minutes, and is limited to just six guests to create a more personal and interactive experience.

$50 per guest, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
